Below are a few of the many other ways you can give to ASTI:
Leave a gift in your will
Legacy donations are special because they ensure that ASTI’s good work is continued in the future. Just like any other donation, the amount you choose to allocate is greatly appreciated. If you would like further guidance or to let us know you have decided to include ASTI in your will, please contact us. If you are considering including ASTI or any charity in your will, Remember a Charity is a helpful source of information.
As a guide, here are some examples of suggested wording for legacy gifts:
•For a share of your estate:
I give all/a share of (please state fraction/percentage) of the residue of my estate absolutely to Acid Survivors Trust International of Magdalen House, 136 Tooley Street, London SE1 2TU, Registered Charity Number 1079290, to be applied by Acid Survivors Trust International for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Chair or any other proper officer of Acid Survivors Trust International for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
•For a specific sum:
I give to Acid Survivors Trust International of Magdalen House, 136 Tooley Street, London SE1 2TU, Registered Charity Number 1079290, absolutely, the sum (amount in figures, amount in words) to be applied by Acid Survivors Trust International for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Chair or any other proper officer of Acid Survivors Trust International for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
•For a specific item:
I give to Acid Survivors Trust International of Magdalen House, 136 Tooley Street, London SE1 2TU, Registered Charity Number 1079290, absolutely, (write in here whatever you wish to give) to be applied by Acid Survivors Trust International for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Chair or any other proper officer of Acid Survivors Trust International for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
