About us
Accountability
In accordance with our statutory duty we submit our audited accounts and annual returns to the UK Charity Commission.
Trustees monitor the Charity’s performance on an on-going basis through quarterly financial reports, trustees meetings and project reviews that cover key measures in charitable activities, fund raising and risk management. They will then under take any actions to support and enhance the Charity’s ability to achieve its goals and objectives.
In accordance with its risk management policy, the Charity reviews risk on a quarterly basis. This is carried out by the trustees (primarily the Chairman and Treasurer) with the support of the Director who is managing this on an ongoing basis.
Should any risks materialise the Chairman will immediately convene a meeting with the Trustees to confirm that the actions being taken will mitigate any potential impact on the Charity.
