ASTI is a registered charity in England and Wales, based in London. ASTI is a centre of excellence supporting and working hand in hand with its partners in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Uganda, Pakistan, Nepal and India to end acid and burns violence.
ASTI is the only organisation whose sole purpose is to work towards the end of acid violence across the world. We have a committed team of expert volunteers who are working to ensure that effective resources are available to support survivors on their journey and that the human rights and dignity of survivors are upheld.
The Trustees are very pleased and honoured to announce that HRH The Princess Royal has agreed to be ASTI’s Patron from 1st January 2010. We look forward to working with Her Royal Highness and believe that her support will much enhance the difference we can make to the lives of survivors of acid attacks.
A message from our founder Dr John Morrison, OBE.
